Frescon Oy payment and delivery terms
Effective January 4, 2023.
General information about the online store
E-commerce products are sold by Frescon Oy 1895711-8. We sell products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. Product orders are possible in a few countries outside the EU, such as Japan. Deliveries to these countries do not include VAT. Possible customs charges in the country of destination are not included in the transport costs. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Products are generally ordered from taigacosmetics.com via the Shopping Cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an e-mail address when ordering. You agree to the delivery terms valid for each order.
Order and payment confirmation
Products are ordered through the Shopping Cart. To order products, customers must provide contact information and select a delivery method. Once the products have been added to the Shopping Cart and the ordering process has been completed, we will send an automatic order confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address or telephone number provided by the customer.
The order confirmation contains the following information:
• Order number
• Products ordered
• The total amount of the order
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms of the taigacosmetics.com online store. All information provided by the customer will be treated confidentially and taigacosmetics.com undertakes not to disclose the information to third parties.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service executor and provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken.
Paytrail will appear on your card statement as the payee, and we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.
Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device that allows you to pay for purchases from a payment card attached to the device.

Invoice and installment services
Invoice and installment services through Paytrail are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and AfterPay. Collector also offers invoice and installment options for corporate customers.
Please read the more specific terms for each finance company that you will see when you accept the payment. By accepting the payment, you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the finance company.

Terms of delivery
Delivery methods and time
Delivery time depends on the destination of the order. We aim to deliver the products on the next working day after placing the order, if the product is in storage. Delivery costs and options are shown on the Shopping Cart and Checkout page.
Post and courier services keep the packages only for limited times, so please pick up your package on time.
Exchange and return termsAll products have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of exchange and return only applies to unused and vendible products in the original packaging. We will check the condition of the returned product before refunding the payment.
Notice of returning the order must be given by notifying us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Include the following information to the returning:
• Order number
• Date of order / date of receipt
• Your name
• Your address
• Your phone number

If you do not want to keep the product you ordered, send it back within 14 days and we will refund the price of the product (s) to you. Please note that delivery costs outside of Finland will not be returned. We will refund the amount you paid according to the payment method of your order. It usually takes about 10-20 business days to process your refund and transfer your money.
Take the refundable products to the Post office pre-packaged in the same package where you received them, according to the instructions you received by e-mail. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the returning. Keep the return receipt with you until the return or exchange is processed.
We do not accept returnings more than 14 days after receiving the delivery.
Problems during transport and for defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or you have been delivered a wrong product, you must report the error immediately to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Incorrect delivery or defective product must be reported as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the logistics partner about the product immediately.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, you must read the current delivery terms.
